Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or high-demand items may take a bit longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary by location:

U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after processing.
Note: Once an item leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery on most items.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Must be returned with any original packaging or tags

ONLY items that are misprinted or a defect in the production process are accepted for refund or exchange for same product.

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable
How to Return

Email us with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange (minus original shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part).
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service—we can’t guarantee we’ll receive items without tracking.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Received the wrong item or something arrived damaged? That’s on us. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right—fast.
